Your Role

• Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly
• Be a vital part of the recruitment team

Requirements

• You are a Software developer with a deep understanding of various languages such as JavaScript, Java, Ruby on Rails etc.
• You have recruited/interviewed for various technology positions
• You have taken responsibility for coordinating and following up on the entire recruiting process.
• You have worked in a high-growth dynamic company Job is 100% Remote, please make sure you have a comfortable office set at your desired work location.
