Building a remote culture has challenges for creating deep and meaningful engagement that we are solving with a focus on the language of coordination, honouring commitments and community tools.

We have a system with game elements and seek a game designer to help us design new iterations, challenges, value-driven progress and an overall shift from extrinsic rewards to intrinsic rewards.

Are you a game designer for the purpose of empowering teams at enterprise companies? Maybe you are familiar with Octalysis or Behavioural Design? If you are, this is an opportunity to iteratively design our remote culture game with the leaders at Clevertech.

* You used to be a game designer or have experience designing games at enterprise companies 
* You are familiar with Octalysis or Behavioural Design 
* You know how to talk to software developers
